Jair Lynch Earns Approval of Renovation Plans for Initial 93 units

The Arlington County Board approved a use permit on July 18 that paves the way to renovate 93 homes within the Barcroft Apartment complex at the corner of S. George Mason Drive and S. Four Mile Run Drive.

The approval allows Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners to initiate the first series of major renovations to the property and deliver on its promises to residents for upgraded and improved living environments at Barcroft.

“This approval is an important step moving forward progress for our tenants while work continues on the Master Financing and Development Plan (MFDP) process,” said David Hilde, Vice President of Development for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners.
